GCAT Investments Pty Ltd (ACN 684 047 087) as trustee for the GCAT Investment Trust (ABN 19 800 902 179), trading as “AI Search Score” (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates ai-searchscore.com and provides AI-readiness auditing tools and related services. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and your rights over it. We are based in Australia and comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (and the Australian Privacy Principles). For visitors in the European Union / EEA and the UK, we also aim to comply with the GDPR and UK GDPR.

What we collect

• Information you give us: when you email us (hello@ai-searchscore.com) or request a quote, we receive your email address, name, website URL, and anything you choose to include.
• Analytics & usage data: we use Google Analytics (via Google Site Kit) and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used. This typically includes approximate location (from IP), device/browser type, and interaction events (clicks, scrolls, session recordings via Clarity). This may involve cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
• Server logs: our host records standard technical data (IP address, request time, user-agent) for security and operation.

What we do NOT collect

We do not knowingly collect special-category / sensitive personal data — including political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, health information, racial or ethnic origin, sexual orientation, or trade-union membership. Please don’t send us such information; our services have no need for it.

Why we use it (lawful bases)

• To respond to your enquiries and provide services you request (performance of a contract / legitimate interest).
• To operate, secure, and improve the website (legitimate interest).
• For analytics, where required, on the basis of your consent (see cookies).

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your personal information. We share limited data with service providers who help us run the site, namely Google (Analytics/Site Kit) and Microsoft (Clarity), who process it under their own terms. We may disclose information if required by law.

International transfers

Google and Microsoft may process data outside Australia (including in the United States). Those providers operate under their own safeguards and privacy frameworks.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records. Analytics data is retained per the providers’ default retention settings.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict processing, and (EU/UK) to data portability and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
